You're invited!

Just wanted to extend an invitation to the upcoming Fall Queeny Art Fair, which takes place on August 29, 30 & 31, 2025 at the Greenfelder Recreation Center in Queeny Park. Tickets can be purchased online, for a $2 discount. There's a QR code on the postcard to the left, or you can purchase them through the Queeny Art Fair website.

I will be in booth 301, so stop by for a visit if you're able to attend. There will be music, food and wine, and lots of beautiful artwork.

I've been busy preparing for the art fair, but still managed to squeeze in a Michigan vacation with all my kids and grandkids! Such a treat!

I just completed a new collage, White Petals and All, which will be on display for the first time at the Queeny Art Fair. This piece was created on a wallpaper scrap to which paint and collaged tissue paper was added. The flowers were made from hand printed tissue paper from which the petals and leaves were torn and collaged to the background. Acrylic paint was used to add some enhancements. The completed piece was mounted on an 11"x14" cradle board and placed in a floating frame.
