A Good Year for Exhibitions, and Sales!
In my last blog post, I mentioned that I would be participating in the Fall 2026 Queeny Art Fair. That took place over Labor Day weekend, and was a great success!
I am so grateful to all of the people who stopped by my booth at the art fair. It was wonderful to see old friends and make new acquaintances. Thank you to the many patrons who purchased magnets, cards, and collages. Seven of my collages found new homes, and I couldn’t be happier!
This has also been a good year for me in terms of juried shows. In September, my collage, Beyond, was accepted in the annual Members Exhibition at the St. Louis Artists’ Guild.
Additionally, my collage, The Space to Dream, was accepted into Webster Arts’, Mood Indigo, exhibit. This month, my collage, Garden Gate, was accepted in the Webster Arts’ Small Works XXIV exhibit. It will be on display at the Webster Groves Public Library through October 31, 2026.
My collage, Find Meaning, was accepted in the National Collage Society’s 42nd Annual Juried Exhibit. The exhibit will on display at the Kingsborough Art Museum at Kingsborough University in Brooklyn, NY. from October 28-December 18, 2026. I will be traveling to New York City next week to attend the opening reception on October 28th.

And finally, several of my collage and pastel pieces are currently on display at the Artisans in the Loop gallery, from October 16-December 5, 2026. This show features the work of multiple members of the Juried Greater St. Louis Artists. The gallery is located at 6511 Delmar Blvd. in University City.
I’m so honored to have all of these opportunities to show and share my artwork!

I have also been fortunate enough to sell several of my pieces in the last couple of months.
Sometimes it takes a while for a piece to find its true home. That recently happened with my pastel painting, Courtyard Garden, which was completed in 2014. Thank you Ericka for making this piece your own. The best part is that I can still visit my old friend when I visit your house. Thank you, thank you!
Two of my more recent collages were sold through Green Door Art Gallery. Confident Beauty was sold to someone in New Jersey, and Thumbnail Moon also found a new home.
I'm so happy to be making and sharing my art; something I had only dreamed about doing for quite some time, but that has now become a reality. It took a while, but I got there!
