I'm pleased to announce that my artwork has been accepted into the Queeny Park Art Fair. This is one of the most reputable, longest-running art fairs in the Missouri/Illinois region. The fair features up to130 juried artists from 20 or more states. This art fair presents a opportunity for the public to see and purchase original works of fine art and fine craft directly from the artists who create them.
It has been a goal of mine to apply to this art fair once I retired; and now I've achieved that goal. This is my first art fair and it will be a whole new experience for me. The Queeny Park Art Fair runs from April 3-5, 2020. I'm excited for this event, but I know I have a lot of work to do in the next month.
Additionally, I just completed my entry, Pretty in Pink, for the Gateway Pastel Artists annual member exhibition. This will be part of the Texture, Pattern, Color Art Exhibit at the Green Door Gallery.
This exhibit will be on display from March 11 - April 26, 2020.
Finally, I will also be sending an entry to the National Collage Society's 2020 Small Format Exhibit. This exhibit consists of postcard size (4" x 6") collages. I'm excited to get started on my entry.
This exhibit runs from March 27 - May 8, 2020 at The Hill School Boyer Gallery located at 860 Beech St. in Pottstwon, PA.
