Two new mixed-media collages created!

I've just completed the second of my latest collages. Both were started some time ago but then the end of the school year, retirement, and reorganizing my studio put them on hold.

In the top piece, "Wallflowers", I had the imagery within the grids overlap and flow into that of the adjacent grid. I added a few beads and handmade ceramic tiles to provide a dimensional quality to the piece.

The bottom piece, "Will the Circle Be Unbroken", includes collaged papers, acrylic paint and metallic beads and a wooden button.
